Vessa Rinehart-Phillips, director of Intuitive Insights School of Clairvoyance, and author of Opening the Third Eye, discovered her gift of telepathy as a child, then later fully developed her psychic abilities at a Northern CA institute. She opened her own school and taught others for 16 years to safely develop their own psychic abilities.
